Delete your account

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open BrainBerry and go to the For Parents tab.
2. Answer the grown-ups question.
3. Scroll to App and tap Delete account and data, then confirm.

This deletes the parent account (if any), its account record, and the child's profile, stars and progress on that device.

Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email drktvtech@gmail.com from the email address of your parent account with the subject "Delete my BrainBerry account". We will delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

The parent sign-in account (email address and name), the app user ID and its account record. Information saved only on a device is removed by the in-app option or by uninstalling the app. We keep nothing else.
